I visited this bar immediately after visiting the Brickskeller. It was an okay bar, but they had some okay stuff on tap.
Atmosphere - It was a dingy DC dive, a nice hole in the wall. There was a good mix of people. It did seem a little dirty, and the bathroom was atrocious.
Quality - The quality of the beer I ordered was great. Nothing super special, but nothing glaringly wrong either.
Service - The service was just okay. There was only one guy taking the drink orders for all of the booths, so it wasn't really his fault, but I am docking points here because the bar didn't adequately staff itself for how busy the night was.
Selection - The selection was pretty good. There was about 30 taps from some decent breweries: Victory, Bell's, Stone, etc.
Food - I didn't try any food.
Value - The price wasn't too bad. It was about 5$ or 6$ for a pint, which seemed pretty average for the DC area.
It was an okay bar. If you wanted an awesome selection, I would stick to the Brickskeller.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and a beer while in the area. 30 or so drafts, mostly craft selections from some of the larger breweries like Allagash, Stone, Schlafly, Oskar Blues. The cask was not working, so no go for any cask ales. Bar food was pretty good. I had a cheeseburger and fries. Dimly lit and a bit of a dive appearance. Staff was friendly and service was fine. A decent bar, but I don't feel compelled to return.
