Truth in lending...I've only been recently introduced to this little shop in Falls Church. It is easily missed if you don't know where to look. Have only been in one time (so I would expect that this review will get updated). Seems a bit pricey, but the beer selection was very impressive. The beers are in a small room off the main room, some are kept refrigerated, but most are on shelves. Lots of singles, and a some six and four packs. Also, plenty of bombers. Seemed like there were a lot of special releases, and seasonals, meaning a well rotated stock. The staff were friendly, and knew their stock, not sure about their overall product knowledge.
One other bonus, they had a very nice selection of specialty meats (to include some game) and cheeses. The main room had a lot of wine, no idea what that selection is like, I didn't look at it.

This is a moderately sized store located off Broad Street, a few blocks from Mad Fox Brewing. They offer a great well-rounded selection of sixers and bombers representing all styles and a good many breweries nationwide - a seperate section for West Coast brew. Great service, very knowledgable. What I liked was the beer ratings (Rate Beer and Beer Advocate) that are included along with the price and other information. They also have a sterling selection of cheese and dried meats - and of course, a large amount of that stuff fermented with grapes - wein or wyne (whine?), I think it is called.
UPDATE: They now have a separate room for beer.

Red, White & Bleu, conveniently located in downtown Falls Church, is a nice little addition to the NoVA craft beer spots. The place is aesthetically pleasing, and the owners were quick to help us locate any items. In terms of size, the shop is quite small, but still had a good selection of a few rarities. While most common beers were priced at or slightly above the market rate, RW&B is able to hang on to rare beers by limiting quantity and increasing price (dramatically). If you have missed a beer release and need to locate a beer or two for a tasting, this can be a good "Ace up the Sleeve." However, if you are looking for that 4-pk of KBS, or Hopslam, you may want to try elsewhere first.
