Bought as part of a 6 pack from Burlington (MA) Wines & Spirits on 4/18. Poured into a Pilsner glass, served at fridge temp.

appearance: Old Gold with a spidery web of lace
.
smell: classic Pilsener aroma of crackery maslt and spicy Noble Hops

taste: tastes like Pilsener. Actually this tastes like what I imagine a Pre-Prohibition American Lager tasted like.

mouthfeel: decent

overall: been waiting a while for this one and it did not disappoint. (451 characters)

A perfect beer for a warm spring day as well as opening day Tiger baseball...although it's been a dud of a opening day so far.Pours into a pilsner glass a light to medium golden with a nice looking frothy blooming white crown atop that leaves multiple broken rings of lace as it settles slowly.Aromas are muted with a bit of toasted grain, peppery hops, and a faint nuttiness with is different for the style.A malt tilted pilsner with a firm grain flavor on the palate, a decent shot of peppery/spicy hops in the finish.A quaffing pilsner for sure because it's on the dryer side and lighter bodied, hey the Tiger game just got better! (631 characters)

The limited release imperial bohemian pilsner (its parental generation) was great. The
Drop in abv to 5.whatever it is, severely altered the taste. Still has a great mouthfeel. Looks alright. Good carbonation. Thats about it though. (232 characters)

Not so Bohemian, but a tasty, hoppy American pilsner. Yes, it's big floral Euro hops, but the character is on a scale you'd only see in an American beer. I was expecting a balanced beer with soft hops and crisp malts, but it's all hops with a decent (but not big) dry bitter kick. (280 characters)

nice pale yellow and crystal clear

substantial head with solid lacing

subdued nose but nice herbal hops

mouthfeel is really nice and full on this one some definite body

taste is clean and crisp with a tasty hop finish

overall really like this one and is a great representaion of the style and kudos to narragansett for continuing to develop quality beers. Its a little late in the season for this one for me but will close out summer with this as my staple.

love the 6 pack of tall boys they offer there beer in and for $10 a great price performer. (556 characters)

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of malts, grains, a bit sweet. Taste is grassy, grains, malts, refreshing and easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer. (230 characters)

From the 16 fl. oz. can with no noticeable bottling or expiration date. Sampled on February 16, 2014.

It pours like a pilsener with its very heady yellow color and moderate carbonation. Head sticks around forever it seems.

Aroma of toasted grain and barley with a very clean, crisp hop note. It feels so pure.

The body is light and refreshing which is about what I would expect from a pilsener.

The taste has this sort of grainy and malty character at the start with a clean, crisp hop finish that does not linger long but is memorable. Highly refreshing and drinkable. They also have a small batch pilsener but this one is comparable to it. (645 characters)
