Nice place. Lots of space and a good atmosphere. Food was decent and beer selection was quite good.

Goodness, there's a lot of Oskar Blues locations. This one is about a 5 minute drive from the brewery and taproom, which as I understand it doesn't have food and has kind of limited hours. What I mean to say is, you have to be very careful with your GPS to make sure you don't get sent to the wrong place.
Home Made Liquids and Solids is their big restaurant location. It's in an older building lined with press clippings and beer ads. The vibe is welcoming, lightly and pleasantly dingy, and surprisingly family friendly--we stopped by during the dinner rush on a Wednesday, and they had a sleight of hand magician providing tableside entertainment to parties with kids. Cute.
The place does feel more like a restaurant than a beer bar, though. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but just FYI. The tap list was about 30 beers deep, including all of Oskar's flagships, a good amount of rares and one-offs, and a handful of solid guest taps.
You know what OB's beer are like--mostly very good, mostly older school styles.
For a city with fewer than 100,000 residents, Longmont is dense with wonderful beer options. You're probably not traveling here just for OB, but you should certainly include it with your larger tour.

Great food, and stellar beer selection. I have a lot of respect for a Brewery that serves other competing micro-brews at their tap house, I think that shows a great philosophy and respectful outlook on the industry as a whole. I'm happy to say I drank a Dales, a Pliney, and a Cigar City all in the same establishment.

Several Marriott hotels nearby for out-of-towners, this OB joint has a lot of beer to choose from and some very solid food. Managed to visit when Pliney the Elder was available, so that was neat. Wide open space with plenty of bar top available. Much of the food has a southern slant to it, but it's fairly typical bar fare. Easy to get to and get out of, it's easily a place I would revisit.

Atmosphere - I dig the exterior; cool water features with empty kegs with an opening for water to come out onto rocks and plants. Patio is spacious with a stage for live music, another larger keg water feature, kids play areas and plenty of seating out in the open and within a covered patio area. Interior is two storied with the bar right behind hostess station and plenty of seating to the right and left and wrapping around behind the bar and upstairs. The decor is old rock and blues concert posters and vinyl album covers!
Quality - a lot of outstanding beers on the tap list from OB and beyond!
Service - early week at lunch, so not terribly busy, but busy enough to get an idea how good the service may usually be; waitress was prompt, helpful and friendly!
Selection - lots of variety, plenty from OB and many from other CO breweries, as well as Alpine, Evil Twin, Firestone Walker, etc!
Food - southern and Cajun fare; kids menu pleased my children, and my wife and I enjoyed our sandwich and burger.
Overall - a bit pricey, but well worth it as the beer selection and quality was outstanding and the food hit the spot!

After a long drive from the Springs we were looking for a dinner spot close to our hotel, and OB was across the highway. It has a fun atmosphere and the staff is happy to help. We started with a custom beer flight liked the scotch ale best. I had the enchilada special which was rather spicy. I like spice but this was so spicy it hindered my ability to analyze/appreciate my beer. My wife had the June Carter salad and LOVED it. We got chicken strips for the kiddo which were huge. The brownie sundae wasn't too impressive. Don't forget to bring some home town brewery stickers to put on the walls.
The only negative I can come up with was the foul odor coming from the water feature out front.

Hard to rate. Sat at the bar, was not served. Left and went somewhere that was interested in my money.

Great venue! Unfortunately, the food is horribly overpriced. Beer is good, and priced sufficiently, save for the specials which can run as high as $15/10 ounces. $12 'black and blue' burger wasn't any different than what you can get anywhere else for half that.

We stopped here after the GABF - on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park/Estes Park from Denver.
Everything about this place is great. They have their own beers on draft, in addition to many guest taps - mostly from
Colorado - and a few other regions (California, NY, etc.).
The bartender was extremely helpful and friendly telling us about their beers and the local beers.
The food - was awesome! All their meats (ribs, brisket, wings, etc.) are smoked for 4 hours - and their sauces are made with their beers.
Restaurant décor was cool and the place was immaculately clean.
If you want some great bbq and great beer, definitely go! We'll be back next time we're in Colorado!
