Well balanced, moderate bitterness and a noticeable hop aroma makes this ale appealing to a variety of beer drinkers from the casual pale ale lover to the serious hophead. Brewed with fresh Cascade hops grown locally in Charlotte, this truly is a home-town beer! IBU rating of 65.

22 oz. bomber from Frougles poured into a tulip glass -

A - Pours a dark amber with orange highlights. Creamy one finger head that retains nicely.

S - Buttered biscuits, grass, caramel, mild sugar

T - Interesting. A bitter finish with an air of hops. On the front you get grains, some butteriness, and some grass in the middle.

M - Decent carbonation, a touch on the thin side, is silky at times.

O - A highly drinkable offering, recommended. A harvest style ale that seems to sit across or between a few different styles. Looking forward to visiting the new tap room soon.
