Subtle hints of citrus round out the complex aroma of Mosaic hops, for a beer so drinkable, it’ll last through multiple acts.

[Original rating 2018-04-14] Bomber from Cowboy Joes in Evanston, WY. Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, tequila, sweet booze (agave?). Taste of tequila and wheat malt, sweet finish. Interesting but I wouldn’t get it again.

DATE: September 24, 2017... OCCASION: ending a hot Sunday with a beer from the other side of summer... GLASSWARE: Barley Creek pint... pours a wild, swirling glass of murky gold, supporting an imperial single-finger white head that does not flinch--thick, creamy and frothy at the glass... light banana and pepper play off subtle flowery hops... orange and vanilla embraces a bready maltiness, making this a nice balance of the wheat and ale elements... first sip impacts the throat with sizzle, followed by an active finish... the mouthfeel is creamy, substantial, and drinkable... the flavor profile is engaging for a wheat ale, with the citric orange and lemon blending with the doughy malts and peppery yeasts... lacing draped over the glass, this beer is surprisingly memorable, and a hybrid that actually preserves the better of the two styles and gives the drinker a truly uplifting experience--pretty much what Hamlet never gives Ophelia... I would seek this out and enjoy again...

A cloudy golden/orange pour leaving a frothy 2 finger head.A nice orangey citrus smell with a hint of piney/ hoppy notes that linger into the taste with a slight malt finish..A good multiple pour drinking beer..

Nice unfiltered hazy look with nice an off white head. Nice scent of fruity and slightly citrus hops with a wheat malt center. Pretty good brew with a nice mix of wheat poking through after a hop bite. It's a one trick pony with the flavor but it's blended really well. Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. This is well done, I could drink this one again for sure.

It pours hazy yellow with a decent head (and lacing). Aroma is very hoppy and somewhat fruity. Taste is similar. It reminds me a lot of a good Saison minus the yeast character. A very nice beer!
