Poured into a pint glass.
A: Medium copper-gold in color with a bubbly white head. Laced beautifully but simmered down to a layer after a couple minutes.
S: Lively and crisp nose dominated by floral hop varieties. Some pale malt and yeast aromas come through as the brew warms.
T: Definitely leaning towards the hop characteristics in the taste. Hops blend nicely with a modest malt backbone. Solid pale ale flavors overall.
M: Light bodied and very well carbonated. The finish is somewhat muddy, but the aftertaste is bitter, yet satisfying.
D: This could easily be a fixture as a good pub ale, especially in areas of the Midwest!
My first go at a Breckenridge brew was a solid offering all around. Well-constructed and very drinkable. Would be especially nice during warmer months, when having a cookout with friends and/or relatives!

Poured from a bottle into a tulip.
Pours slightly chill-hazed honey-gold with limited head but very solid lacing that hangs around throughout.
Aromas of pale honey-kissed malt and floral/grassy hops. Decent but subdued.
Pale grains and malts on the tip of the tongue with a little bit of honey sweetness. Grainy lemony tartness in midstream. Very mild grassy hop notes at the finish. A little skunky in the background.
Decent mouthfeel, but a little slick and flat overall.
It checks the boxes for the style. It's well balanced from a malt/sour/bitter standpoint. And yet it's really weird and clashy.

On-Tap 12oz. (The Ale House)
Pours a slightly cloudy amber color, nice carbonation with a nice one-finger creamy off-white head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is slightly hoppy, with a nice malt note. The taste is hoppy/malty. Medium body, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall a tasty brew.
