Aroma is dominated by candied citrus. Lots of caramel.
Flavor is fairly sweet initially, with muted citrus, lemon peel, and a very dry, lightly bitter finish. Lots of booze.

On-Tap 12oz. (The Ale House)
Pours a nice amber color, with a nice one-finger creamy off-white head, very nice carbonation, lots of thick creamy sticky lacing. The nose is hoppy, slight malt note, with a slight whisky note. The taste is hoppy, malty, with a nice bitter whiskey note. Medium body, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall a very tasty brew, ABV hidden very well. Recommend.

Sorachi hop tames the bourbon. Nice work. My favorite barrel aged IPA so far

Not as complex as Voodoo's Triangle, but the vanilla and pineapple/tropical fruits are pretty outstanding.

Outstanding barreled-aged. This beer is great, tasty refreshing and fruity with a high alcohol volume but not overpowering.
