471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time. Enjoy.

A - nice amber color, nice white head that dissipated but left good lacing
S - citrus, hops, floral notes
T - lovely hop taste, some sweetness, gives way to a nice aftertaste that's not overwhelmingly bitter
M - nice, medium-bodied, a bit of carbonation, really nice smooth feel
D - pretty good I'd say; this is from a pint bottle and I really enjoyed the whole thing despite having had a large (and delicious) Mexican dinner before cracking into it. Would drink again and would recommend others try this one if you get the chance.

One of my all time favorites. Wish I didn’t have to drive to Colorado

Nothing stood out for me. Average ipa with acholoic notes. Was too bitter.

Strong initial flowery flavor that dissolves into a mid-tone maltiness that's uncharacteristic for a double IPA. The finish is neutral. A good double IPA overall but confusing in some of its flavors.
