Look - darker amber in color, clear, with about a finger's worth of foam that dissipates quickly. Very low carbonation.
Smell - somewhat pungent, herbal-like smell. Very peculiar and hard for me to identify.
Taste - fairly bitter even on the onset. Once settled into the mouth, less bitter. Peculiar taste matches the smell. This brewer has used Agave nectar in their brews before, it tastes like something along those lines may have been used for these. Texture is slightly on the creamy side.
Drinkability - Different taste is fairly intriguing. I'd be willing to drink more just to figure this one out.
