This beer was served out of a 12oz. bottle dispensed into a glass....
Presentation - Very festive label with the color scheme but pretty simple.
Appearance - This beers pours out a deep dark amber color with an off white finger and a half head that disappears rather quickly but leaves a nice lacing on the glass. I really liked the labeling on the bottle as well.
Smell - A roasted malty smell with hints of caramel and faint hops.
Taste - Very similar to smell hints or caramel and maybe brown sugar and roasted malts. Not very much going on in the way of hops only a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - A medium bodied beer with light carbonation. Alcohol content is very present and not masked well.
Drinkability - This is a winter warmer by the alcohol content alone. I couldnt see myself drinking more than a couple of these.
This beer was OK but I would not go out of my way to purchase again.
