Thanks too bierguy5 for letting me try this growler as well as a few other brews too get me overly intoxicated.
One of the darker ESB's i've seen. Amber/copper color with minimal head and little lacing.
Caramel and toffee malts, with a piney, citrusy hop aroma. Spicey somewhat etheral aromas with a hint of what may be diacetyl. Light fruit esters of pear and apple.
One big ESB and quite tasty. Thick resiny, chewy, bready, caramel induced malt driven mid-palate. Toffee is in there as well. Some floral, pine sticky infused hops with a citrus twist on the entry. Candied apple in the background otherwise very dry.
Rich full phat mouthfeel. A finish to contend with. Overall a damn good beer, but it's so big I'm not sure I would want too drink more than 10;)

Enjoyed this 12 oz bottle out of a Belgian tulip glass.
A: Pours a dark brown hue with a thin white head that quickly dissipates leaving a good trail and semi wispy lace.
S: Sweet caramel malt aroma.
T: Smooth caramel malty flavors that finishes on the dry side.
M: Medium body and medium carbonation
O: Solid ESB – great flavors and aromas.
