Color: A nice deep red with a tan thin head that fades quicker than most.
Aroma: Big maltyness with hints of caramel and toasty grains. Light spicy hop aroma underneath it all.
Flavor: Carmel malt dominates with just a touch of toasted grains. Esters of alcohol closes with a mild bitterness and just a hint of spicy hop flavor. Big sloppy wet finish that leaves your mouth watering and wishing you were sitting a beer garden.
A pleasant Bock, I'm not sure it's going to cause any trouble just because I opened it, but you never know! She's unpredictable that Pandora.
