12 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass. Cloudy straw colored body with a thin but retentive bubbly off-white head. Thin but plentiful lacing.
Aroma is needless to say wheaty. Somewhat spicy and very fruity -- bananas, citrus, and somewhat implacable smell that I can only assume is the agave.
Flavor is bready and somewhat sour. Lime zest, agave are both present. Light earthy/citric hop presence, but very, very light bitterness. Fairly sweet but not sickly.
Light-medium body and fairly high amount of carbonation. Soft but crisp mouthfeel.
Overall, this is a very interesting beer. This bottle was given as a sample from a distributor. To be honest, an entire 6-pack might get a little sweet for me, but I could possibly see drinking a couple of these on a hot day.
