This is a damn good wheat beer to be drinking when it hot out here in AZ!
Appearance: Classic wheat color-- nice medium, golden with all kinds of cloudiness to it. Half inch white head that dissipates quite quickly.
Smell: I get alot of biscuit wheat in the smell. Slight citrus and a nice sweet finishing smell. No gumballhead here but its not trying to be that. Its just a normal citrus-biscuit with a little sweetness from the agave.
Taste: I like this beer because of the agave aftertaste I get that contributes to the beers slight, sweet aftertaste. It has a great biscuit like flavor to it from the malt used and a little lemon on the after taste.
Mouthfeel: A decent amount of carbonation that keeps this beer refreshing with the heat we are starting to experience although with a session beer like this it seems just a little cooler out.
Overall: I have had this beer a few times now and every once in a while i just want a easy drinking craft beer like this. I wish we had something out west more like gumballhead but this isn't bad for what it is. I will have to do a side by side with this and Oberon some time this summer.

12 ounce bottle, a friend gave this to me recently and I have no idea how fresh/old this is. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a hazy gold color with a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both average. The brew smells like wheat, apples and honey/agave nectar. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some bready malt and apricots noticeable too. It's mostly sweet tasting. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and has a decent amount of carbonation. I think it's an OK brew, but it really doesn't do anything for me. With that being said, it's worth trying if you've never had it before.
