Pours light yellow with not much head. The smell was dominated by the wheat with some sweet notes to compliment. The flavor is subtle but enjoyable, a wheat start, with the sweet notes following with a very mellow aftertaste. The mouthfeel was light, with a nice amount of carbonation, not much depth of flavor, but had enough to make this beer enjoyable. A light refreshing summer beer, great for sipping on a hot day.

Sampled last night on 2/1/14 though I had it about 2 years ago. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F in my beer cooler and poured into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy golden color with LOTS of sediment left in the bottom of the bottle. A very thin white head with some spotty lacing. The aroma is of wheat with spices. The taste is of wheat with citrus and cloves that leaves a slight tingle on the tongue. Slight bitter and dry finish with medium carbonation. Overall, it was different.
