12 ounce bottle, a friend gave this to me recently and I have no idea how fresh/old this is. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a hazy gold color with a half inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both average. The brew smells like wheat, apples and honey/agave nectar. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some bready malt and apricots noticeable too. It's mostly sweet tasting. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating and has a decent amount of carbonation. I think it's an OK brew, but it really doesn't do anything for me. With that being said, it's worth trying if you've never had it before.

Wheat beer with agave nectar. This should be different. From a 12 ounce bottle, on to the beer:

In a weizen glass, it looks like the usual wheat ale. An unfiltered, cloudy, sand colored body, topped with a somewhat creamy head on top with an inch of thickness on the pour. The aroma is on the light side, though what you can smell reveals a few goodies. It is slightly sweet and fruity with a note of shredded wheat.

At the very least, it sways away from the becomingly common orange wheat and apricot wheat. The first thing tasted is that somewhat sweet, somewhat tangy agave. Just a little wheat malt makes its mark, so without the adjunct this would be a plain, boring wheat ale. It's light bodied and gently carbonation with a somewhat slick feel.

Decent fruit beer out of Breckenridge. Could be an interesting switch-up for orange juice during breakfast.

(Served in a strange)

A- This beer pours a murky dried orange peel color with a mass of big bubbles settling to a thin film and a slow carbonation.

S- The clean aroma has a hint of raw grain and a sanitary quality in the finish.

T- The woody field corn flavor with a hint of wheat bread growing to a dry finish and an odd little tang in the finish.

M- The light mouthfeel has a crisp fizz to it.

O- the light thin beer has an odd tang to it that might be agave flavor but it is a bit too soft to tell. There are some wheat hint s but not much.
