A: Pours a orange and golden colored clear liquid into the glass. The head is uneven and about three fingers high before it slowly goes down to about one finger high leaving lots of lacings on the glass.

S: Floral hops, a hint of grapefruit, barley and some earthy tones. There is also a smell that resembles detergents.

T: Lots of grapefruit peel up front. But there is an earthy tone that quickly takes over before the grapefruit tones comes back again. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter. However, the tastes don't play well together in this one. Something feels a bit off.

M: Medium to Low carbonation, leaving almost no tickeling on the tongue. Medium body.

O: An IPA in the average range. Nothing spectacular, but it does it job.

Pours cloudy dark orange color with small 1 finger foamy off white head that faded pretty quick, leaving good foamy lacing sticking to the sides and rings as it went down.

Smells of citrus hops, grapefruit, sweet malt and toasted grains up front, followed by biscuit, orange peel, light caramel and light herbs or spices; a very mild nose that seems more malt than hops.

Taste follows the nose with citrus hops, grapefruit, toasted grains, malt, flowers, grass, piney hops, orange peel, light caramel, biscuit, light spices like pepper and coriander, and then lightly toasted wheat; the hops are quite mild and grains take ownership until the slightly bitter finish. A little disappointing for an American IPA as there was no real hop burst in the flavor.

Mouthfeel is light, crisp and refreshing, with a smooth creamy feel that goes down easy as it has very light carbonation, a light to medium body and a slightly bitter finish.

This beer was OK and is worth trying, but there are a lot more hoppy IPA’s out there. High drinkability, it flowed down well but was just an average IPA.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a 14 oz "pint" glass. Pours a nice amber with little head that dissipates quickly. Smells of floral hops and slight malt, nothing too outstanding, but has the nice aroma of an IPA. Tastes of malt with earthy tones from the hops, quite balance. Light/Medium bodied, perfect carbonation, and no real aftertastes. Overall, a very good beer.

Poured into a pint glass. This one pours an orange copper with about an inch of white head with lots of big bubbles. A little bit of thin lace on this one.

The aroma gives off a little bit of an orange zest aroma with some hints of metallic hops and cracker malts. A little bit on the mellow side on this one with a mild cracker body with just a touch of bitter hops in the background.

The body is light and the carbonation is good. Overall this one doesn't offend the taste buds but it doesn't seem to go in any particular direction. I wouldn't mind seeing a little bit more of a hop flavor here and I bet it would be a real solid offering.

Reminiscent of a hazy summer sunset orange with a half inch, off-white, creamy head that lasts a few minutes while leaving rings of lacing on a tulip glass.

One perceives mild orange and little else worthy of note.

Opens with caramel malt, quickly followed by hop bitterness and a long, modest finish.

Lucky U has a full body with fizzy carbonation, a hint of alcohol, and the finish is on the dry side.

This is a fine everyday drinking beer, best with food, but has little interest or depth of its own.
