Dave's BrewFarm Sinistra. * (not to be confused with Green Lantern villain Sinestro) Sinister is Latin for left. Dave's explanation is that this one was made with left-over ingredients. I don't have specifics on hand, I can only recall that is supposed to be hoppy and Belgian-y. Just going to open it up and find out what it's all about.
Lightly hazed and highly carbonated, pale orange, fringing on crimson. Decent head of ivory bubblation, trims down to a slim ring in no time.
Aroma: that wonderful, fruity Belgian funk exudes from the glass immediately. Orange and clove and that inimitable, unnameable, ethereal something. Lemon and pepper and mystical musk. That sounds about right.
Taste: Remarkably smooth and easy on entering the palate. Belgian yeast is tasted, certainly, delicious malty flavor, and a tidy offering of hops. Mmmm, yes.
I'll repeat a few key words as consumption continues…tasty…delicious…defiantly downable. I hadn't mentioned that, it's true…but, it's true. Strikes an amazingly appropriate balance.
This might be some other brewery's exceptional pale ale, or Belgian IPA. At the BrewFarm, it's another example of everyday deliciousness.

Fresh Growler: Muddled mustard yellow. A swift crown of off-whitened foam lifts itself upon a good pour. Lots of good lacing in hole-filled sheeting covers the glass very well.
Aroma is soft of Belgian white yeast and sugar dough bread. Nice lofty touch to lemon peel, softer orange, starfruit, and ripe melon. As it warms a super soft touch of spruce adds in a nice melody upon the nose notes.
Taste is compact and complex with wonderful yeast and hop tones. Where to start...mellow, ample, start of fruityness with underscored lemon, cantelope, and a bit of golden raisin. Quick to hit the middle with a small surge of Belgian White yeast that sparkles like a great hefe and/or Saison. Quite peppy with a nice spicey undertone of white pepper and corriander laying a groundwork to a bit more lemony hop spicyness as it sinks into the finish with leftover yeasty dryness. Then hitiing real late is a moderately set float around the back of the palate with a pale malt breadyness. One complex taster!
Body is low toned and smooth with just the right kind of yeasty dry bite and spice to its backbone as it stays somewhat bready, fruity, and sweetly natured underneath its medium stature.
Another Labrewatory creation by Dave that crosses/mingles/tangles/blurs the lines of Belgian/German styles of what I can only think of as I Belgian IPA with a Saison and a Hefe? Well, whatever it may be deemed, it be deemed delicious, complexing, interesting, and damn yummy!
