On-tap at Oakquinox
A: The pour is a clear golden color with almost no head at all. Some small white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: A mild tartness on the nose, with a little bit of green apple and lemon. Otherwise, it's pretty wine driven. In fact, it smells mostly like wine. There is a little bit of bready malt aroma, too.
T: Rather bland with a little bit of bread and some watery flavor, which isn't helped by the low carbonation. Much of the flavor is from the wine itself, not even much oak. Maybe a little bit sour.
M: Watery and thin with a fairly low level of carbonation.
O: Pretty disappointing all around. Not a good mouthfeel at all.
