appearance: pours a clear amber with little carbonation, off-white foam dissipates quickly leaving little lacing.
smell: faint harvest scent, with a floral hop undertone.
taste: the harvest flavor is subdued on the earthy side and overly sweet, hops are more pronounced than they should be, but they serve to slightly compensate for the lacking earthiness.
drinkability: interesting take on the Märzen style, more hopped than traditional, yet drinkable all the same.

Pours a very nice burnt copper color, although with very little head and lacing (I expect that to get better as it ages). Very nice scent, deep and malty with a wonderful sweet crispness and the scent of fall leaves. Great taste; deep, rich, and colorful; a great thick maltiness at the front that hits the back of the tongue with a nice bit of hoppy bitterness. Goes down incredibly smooth. Great stuff!
