I stopped at Heroes & Legends while doing some errands in downtown Spokane.

Atmosphere is a typical sports bar. Sturdy furnishings with a lot of TVs and sports memorabilia. TV above the urinal was a nice touch.

Quality was average. Regional micros.

Service was questionable and understaffed. One guy working on a super slow Tuesday (given the capacity), had 6 tables and the bar. They needed a bar tender and table waitress minimum. I was not asked what type of bread I wanted on my club sandwich.

Selection is OK. 24 taps. 6 macros. A few run of the mill bottles. Corona, etc.. Wine and cocktails.

Food is typical sports pub fare. They have items from a Mexican deli next door.

Value would be reasonable. $4.50 a pint. Sandwiches $8-11. But by the time you pay for parking and watch a game it's probably a bit pricey.

I doubt I'll be back.
