Appearance: Much lighter than the red or blue with an apricot color to it and a tad larger head that stuck around better than the other two.
Smell: The Chimay yeast quality, but other than that just sort of clean smelling.
Taste: The common Chimay taste, but with a more notable alcohol note that lingers. Some apple tartness and mild hop balanced well with malt and yeast flavor.
Mouthfeel: Dense little carbonation bubbles really hit the tongue providing a very crisp texture.
Drinkability: I like this Chimay, but not as much as the red or blue.
Serving type: bottle
