Appearance: Dark straw, almost orange pour. Thick, creamy white head. Dissipates slowly.
Nose: Has a sour smell to it. Not too strong. A little white sugar sweetness comes though.
Taste: Very mild spice to this one. A soft hop bite finds its way in there among the subtle flavors. There's a swelling explosion of flavor for an instant, but quickly turns into a subtle stillness. I'm having a hard time pinpointing specific flavors.
Mouthfeel: Very smooth. It feels heavier than it tastes. Light carbonation plays a nice part in keeping it light.
Drinkability: Very good. I found myself drinking it pretty quickly at first trying to put words to what I was tasting. However, I never thought it was too heavy or I was drinking it too fast. For an 8%, this is very good. I could drink this all night. At least I think I could.
