Presentation - 330 ml bottle into a Chimay goblet.
A - Orange/Amber color with a creamy off white head, that is 2 fingers worth. Lots of bubbles due to the carbonation.
S - Has a floral hop character on the nose with ripe fruits like apples and pears coming through as also. A strong yeast and alcohol smell is also present.
T - Has a hop bitterness on the front. Middle is that fruitiness, apples and pears, with an alcohol taste blending with it. Back leaves the tongue kind of dry but, ready for the next sip.
M - It's medium to full body. Lots of carbonation that creates a champagne dryness.
Overall it is probably in the top 3, as far as tripels are concerned. I think Westmalle is the best but, this is right there with it. A world class beer for sure.
