Poured from 11.2 oz bottle into a wine goblet.
Appearance: rich, opaque golden with a very attractive head.
Smell: malt, a little bit of what seems to be a wheat aroma, a hit of tree fruit. Nice.
Taste: nice malt with subtle fruitiness; again, tree fruit. This is very tasty but I can't really put my finger on it. There's also a tartness which is alright but not my favorite.
Mouthfeel: medium body with the delicious bottle-conditioned creaminess I have come to expect and love in these beers.
Drinkability: highly drinkable but parts of the flavor profile hold this guy back a little bit. I acknowledge that this is totally subjective, and I look forward to revisiting this beer in future.
Serving type: bottle
