Had this one on tap in a Chimay challice at St. James pub in Columbus.
A: Cloudy golden orange, it poured with a puffy white head that died to a good film with a collar.
S: Yeasty bread, peaches, orange juice, rustic and earthy hops, and tobacco.
T: Slightly metallic, moldy hops (like leafy grass) over sweet bread. It is very mild and almost creamy with an underlying tart underripe fruit.
M: Slightly syrupy, creamy and frothy, with a bitter astringency at the end.
Serving type: on-tap
