A- A good amount of head upon the pour. Three fingers worth. Hazy tan color and a bit cloudy. Tight beady head remains throughout the session and lacing clings to the glass as I drink.
S- Musty, over ripe fruit. Smell is very sharp. Pungent sour notes as well.
T- Sweet and sour fruit notes. Leading more towards the sour though. Alcohol is evident but not harsh or distracting and it blends nicely with the hop bitterness.
M.F.- Creamy and smooth. Velvety texture from the perfect carbonation.
Drink- Interesting enough to keep you coming back for more and not too heavy. A world class tripel.

Pours a fairly clear golden with a lingering frothy ivory head. Notes of green apple, lots of peach, coriander, and clove dominate. The flavor is more subtle, with sharp green apple,a touch of pear, and citrus becoming bready mid palate and finishing peppery and spicy. Great beer, with a well appointed dry character that keeps it refreshing. Bitterness is a touch more than I'd prefer.
