1P 9.4Fl oz bottle, corked and caged, with id L08-181.
Poured into my Chimay chalice it appears hazy peach tinged golden with a foamy ecru head and sticky lace.
Scent is crisply fruity; pear and banana. Peach?
Taste is pear, apple, peach, grapes. Mildly sweet Belgian sugar held in check by a very dry bitter finish. Bitter orange peel and spice - coriander and white pepper. Mild sourness as well. Dry overall with sweet and bitter notes.
Mouth is crisp and dry with a slight alc warming in the throat
Drinkability is good.
Not my favorite tripel but a good one and well made.
