A- lovely golden color with a nice head that persisted
S- slightly spicy with subtle fruit undertones and a nice even beer smell
T- nice spice taste that mellows with a rather dry finish
M- medium body that you can definitely feel but doesn't feel weighted down in the mouth. very smooth for at 8% beer
O- it was drawn for me in the appropriate glass and even at $12 for just over 8 oz, I loved it

A: pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with three fingers of off-white head that recedes into a thin layer with little lacing.

S: bubblegum and bananas up front with some light Belgian spice notes. Pear and white grape aromas follow with some chalky yeast notes on the finish.

T: lots of spices and yeasty bread flavors dominate. Some bubblegum and light fruit notes peek through and there is a slight alcohol burn on the finish.

M: medium-light body with medium carbonation, this beer avoids being too sticky, but it is a bit watery.

O: Blasphemy though it may be, this isn't a very good tripel. It's far from bad, but has a watery body and lacks depth of flavor.
