A - Pours clear, gold to amber color with one inch head. Foam dissipates quickly to a thin broken layer, leaving minimal lacing on the glass..
S - Caramel malt dominates with only background earthy hops. Aroma is not unpleasant, but is short in hop profile.
T - Sweet malt dominates with some bitterness in the end. Hop flavor is lacking for the style.
M - Thin to moderate body with carbonation bite and foamy sensation. Noticeable, yet mild, bitterness hangs around for a bit after the swallow. Warming, with mild alcohol sensation in the end.
D - Drinkable, but would not choose it first for a special occasion or when I am in the mood for a good APA.
Overall - Drinkable, but lacking in the hop department for my taste. Not too bad for an "economy" brand.
