Poured into a Dogfish Head pint glass. Pours a light straw amber with gold tints and a half finger white head that dissipates to a thick film and ring around the glass with light lacing. Light aroma of bready malt, slightly vegetal, light grassy hops. Flavor is very light biscuit malt to start, but develops nice light bready malt and light grassy hops to finish lightly biscuit with gentle hops. Light to medium bodied with active carbonation. A light biscuit take on the blonde style with a hint of a drier Belgian yeast in the mix. Nothing really stands out, but a nice light blonde with mild but interesting flavors.

Poured from 12oz can into a pint glass.
Appearance: pale yellow hue with a haze-free body and a moderate effervescence. Head is a thin finger of frothy white foam. Not particularly inspiring, but not bad.
Smell: very light with a little bit of sweetness and graininess. Like the appearance, there's not a whole lot going on here.
Taste: again, a light grainy sweetness, but here there's a nice noble hop character running through. Not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: drinkable and tasty enough, this is a pretty nondescript blonde ale.

A- Appearance is a pale golden with a bit of haziness, due to the wheat content. Head is thin and short lived. A vast number of hefty carbonation bubbles rise up the glass.
S- Smell is relatively clean, with wheat and an earthy hop aroma.
T- The taste is of wheat, a bit of earthy hops, a faint bit of cut grass, and some light lemon notes.
M- Relatively high carbed. Medium-light weight.
D- All in all a pretty good beer. Nothing necessarily memorable but tasty enough and quite refreshing. It also paired nicely with my rueban.
Serving type: on-tap
