I stopped by this broad ripple tasting room because I saw PawPaw was on tap. It has the same food menu as all the Upland locations and 14 beers on tap. Upland sours are fantastic, but everything else ranges from only somewhat good to downright bad. The vibe is a befitting a college tasting room—the building is a bit run down, the furniture is mismatched and used, and the music (which I enjoyed) was punk and then funk. The service was kind and timely.

Visited with my wife on a recent trip to Indianapolis.
Had the following beers on tap:
Upland Sundial Farmhouse Ale (sample)
Upland Pale Ale (sample)
Upland Champagne Velvet (sample)
Upland Wheat Ale (sample)
Upland Dragonfly India Pale Ale (sample)
Upland Bottled Blonde (sample)
Upland Cherry Lambic (sample)
Also bought a bottle of the latter to take home. Beer quality was average, and our overall experience was decent but unremarkable (especially given the hype around this place). Just okay IMO.

Vibe: Pretty cool, very small place. Not really conducive to staying and having a beer or two. More of a pickup a growler place.
Quality: Despite the beer being good, the neighborhood and building is dumpy. Didn't want to leave my car outside too long.
Service: The bartender was great. Friendly, nice and quick. The best part about the place.
Selection: Standard lineup. Nothing unique.

Went here to turn in my entry for the 2014 UpCup.
Atmosphere- Quaint atmosphere. Very close to the college and very college-esk It's got a rustic feel and is pretty small. It would be a cool place to study and drink a pint if there were more room.
Quality- The beers are all pretty solid but none that are the best in my book. No food at this location but a good tasting room none-the-less. The seasonal beers are usually better than the lineup and are enticing to keep you asking what's next.
Service- Fine service. There is only one bartender but he was polite.
Selection- The usuals are always on tap with one or two seasonals/specialties that make Upland a nice Indiana brewery.
No food at the tasting room.
The value is good with growlers for less that $16 a fill and well priced pints for really good beer.
I recommend this place for good draft beer but wouldn't be my first choice over flat 12 or Sun King.

I like this funky little coffee house vibe here.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and seemed pretty knowledgeable about their beer.
I was hoping to stumble upon some of the tasty leftover lambics, but it was not to be... Instead I settled on a flight of 3 of the beers; the pale ale, the IPA, and the double ipa.
I liked the pale ale the best. The ipa was too malty for my tastes. The double IPA was decent.
I like the vibe in here more than the beer...
Thus place is about 5 miles or so north of Sunking, and traffic wasn't really too bad-- if you're in the area (and you're a bit of a ticker like me) make the drive and check it out.
Of course, if you're not a ticker, then feel free to skip it.

A: Very funky and comfortable coffee shop type atmosphere. A few couches and tables to sit at, chat with friends, and taste beer. Neat artwork on the walls and everything is bright and upbeat. A little small, but this is a tasting room. Cool futuristic looking growler fill machine.
Q: Everything is super fresh and of the highest quality.
S: Excellent service. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
S: Limited amount of beers available for growler fill. Taster flights and pints available. Sometimes there are lambics for sale as well.
F: This location does not sell food, but there is a different food truck outside almost every day.
V: Overall everything is nicely priced.

Came here to pick up my Sour Reserve bottle. Small inside with chairs and sofa. Seating for about 15 or so people. Very colorful like a quaint coffee shop. Staff are very polite and helpful. They gave me some great tips for bottle shops and a great beer bar in Muncie. I was also able to pick up a few Lambics from them, which was a pleasant surprise. They have a nice selection of upland shirts and other related items. This is a place to stop by if your in the mood for a quick beer. Not really set up to stay long. Staff enjoyed talking beer and this is always a plus.

This tiny depot is the Indianapolis Proxy for selling Upland beers only.
Size and atmosphere of a Starbucks, with 8-12 Upland beers for sale. Growlers, bottles, pints.
If you're already driving by this place on your way to Broadripple or downtown, its worth the stop to see if they have any lambics laying around.
The staff is helpful and courteous. There are a few younger female employees that are familiar with Upland beers and not much else. There is nice orange haired pierced faced guy who is wise to both Upland beers as well as other worldly beers. He's excited to talk about beer.
