Poured from 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and a moderate effervescence. Head is a thin layer of frothy ivory foam. Not bad.
Smell: lightly grainy malt aroma with a rather light dose of earthy, floral hops. Not a bad composition, but the strength is a little low for the style.
Taste: earthy, resiney, herbal hops on top of a rather grainy malt base. Perhaps not outstanding, but the tones work together rather well.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation. Nothing to write home about, but it works well enough here.
Overall: a pretty serviceable earthy/grainy IPA. Worth a try if that's your bag.

Hazy orange amber and thick frothy head with great retention. Citrus and floral aroma. Grassy with light citrus and a spicy sweetness. Moderate bittering and linger. Sharp, low-moderate carbonation with a heavy semi-dry finish.
Nice bittering and good flavor but it's a little too heavy and dark for an IPA. Otherwise, it's an enjoyable hoppy beer.

A: Poured a clear golden color with a small white head, not much on head retention which limits the lacing
S: A bit of citrus on the nose but I get a lot of grassy notes as well.
T: Initial light citrus followed by a grassy, grainy note. The finish is pretty clean, trefreshing with a moderate bitterness
M: Lighter-medium body, well carbonated, clean mouthfeel, not over sweet, cloying
O: A very easy going, easy to drink and basic IPA.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a medium gold color with just over 1/2 inch of white head that had decent retention and lacing.
The aroma had a solid grainy malt base, with a spice I couldn't identify, which isn't unusual from this brewery, and some nice earthy hops. The taste profile was the same, this isn't your typical PNW tongue burning IPA, and had an interesting, if a bit odd, little funk in the background.
The body was a bit fuller than typical, and was very clean across the tongue. Drinkability was nice, I would have it again, but probably not 2 in a row. Overall, an IPA that's a bit different, but nice. Worth trying if you see it.
