750 ml bottle poured into a tall tulip De Struise glass.
Slightly clear red(with brown and orange hints) body with lots of carbonation bubbles present. A towering light brown head is produced and sticks around lacing the glass.
On the nose there is vinegar, oak, and a wonderfully inviting fruitiness of grape and cherry.
Nice pop of sourness here. Vinegar, granny smith apple, red grape, cherry, some balancing sweetness, and the oak barrel aging shines through.
Medium bodied, crisp, smooth, medium carbonation, and mouth watering.
Definitely at the top of the Flanders Red game. A great beer.
