On draft at Eulogy in Philly. 12oz into a Rodenbach Grand Cru tulip.
A: Pours a deep ruby reddish brown with a thin beige head.
S: Smells sour, fruity, cherries, maple syrup, flowers, slight cocoa.
T: Taste is dry, sweet, sour, cocoa, tart, citrus, cherries, strawberries, apples, peaches. Lots of fruit in there, but it's still not overly sweet. It's not as sweet as Monk's Cafe Flemish Sour Red Ale. This has a great balance between the dryness, fruitiness and sour/tartness.
M: Mouthfeel is light, dry, only slightly astringent, little carbonation.
D: Very refreshing and easy drinking.
Serving type: on-tap
