Bought at Little's Wine and Liquor. Poured into a tulip glass and paired with popcorn and the movie stardust.

A&S: Head is a fizzy light tan and dies immediately. Beer is an extremely lively opaque dark prune colored. Fantastic aroma! Smell consists of red wine, rich cherry (ripe to the point of runnyness), very tart, and with a little funk thrown in. Very potent.

T&M: Taste is a little more subdued in comparison to the smell. Very tart (raspberries), but still with a sweet side. Almost has a kiwi like sourness. Mouthfeel is light and crisp body. I wouldn't considered it refreshing, because it does hang around, but it certainly crisp.

Overall: Very impressed by this amazing beer. Reminds me of Monk's Cafe, only in my opinion a little better. Very much worth the price of 11$ for 750ml.

Small bubbles, finger and a half of reddish-tan head that doesn't stick around for too long. Very tart. Raisins and cherries. Musty. I get some brett, but the pedio/lacto do most of the legwork.

Smells like red wine. A bit solventy, but I suppose that's to style.

My wife says it smells like hairspray. :P

Poured from the 750 into a large stemmed tulip.
Pours a dark rub color with one finger of head, decent retention.
Smells of dark fruit and brett sourness.
Tastes great, huge flavor, sweetness from berry fruit and lots of brett sourness.
Finishes crisp and dry considering the sweetness in the beer.
I loved this beer.
