This was the only homebrew shop in the Iowa City area. There's no pots or mash tuns, just barley, flaked oats, some hops, Belgian candy sugar, kits and some bottle caps.
The rest of this HyVee is like a smaller version of other HyVees. You have to go to the back of the wine and spirits on a rack near the 6 pack cooler.
The hops aren't refrigerated, they are just in a basket for the picking. Nothing that stands out too much, nothing you can't get online.
Service was ok, nobody said anything, just smiled and walked past. Even after walking the whole store and back because I didn't see any equipment anywhere.
I bought some Belgian malt because I needed it for my next brew and it was easy. The price was ok at $2.75/lb.

If you're a homebrewer in Iowa City, this is definitely the place to go. By far the best selection of specialty grains, extracts, yeast, equipment, etc.
However, as far as their beer selection, it's just average. Certainly not my first stop when I'm looking for something new and interesting, but the prices are usually pretty reasonable and they always seem to have at least one brewery's beer on sale.
I always appreciate the service here, the people are always friendly and they never fail to ask if they can help you find anything (if you look lost)
