One of the original Eagle Rock offerings, Manifesto has been one of their staple beers for years.
Manifesto is a nice example of the witbier style, slightly hazy with nice straw yellow color. Very slight malt body with most of the flavors coming from some nice fruity flavors developed by the yeast.
A good summer offering, I was able to get a 1/6 keg of this for a house party and it was well received. It's good to see Eagle Rock branch out from their roots but this is still one of the better beers they make.

A - Pours a hazy golden-yellow with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of wheat, grains, lemon zest, Belgian yeast, coriander, and some other spices.
T - Starts off with a mix of wheat, lemon zest, coriander, and some grains. Through the middle, some more Belgian yeast flavors come through with some other spices and some more citrus flavors. The finish is a mix of wheat, coriander and other spices, lemon zest, and Belgian yeast.
M - Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and spicy finish.
D - Very drinkable. Good witbier. Nicely balanced and very sessionable.
