330ml bottle poured into tulip 29/11/12
A bright golden orange with lots of suspended particles and a few chunks of yeast being moved around by fast streams of bubbles, a large bone white head quickly falls to a fingers width and just sorta sets up camp, there's still foam at the bottom of the glass and several partial rings of lace are left behind
S sweet candied pineapple mix well with some yeast, spice and faint bubblegum and earthy notes, some vanilla and bread work well for it and just a slight hint of booze, not the most complex triple but I'm loving the smells coming out of my glass
T more fruity notes and lots of yeast and slightly more booze, not as strong as the nose but still solid
M quickly fluffs up after entry, slightly sweet and medium bodied, has a earthy fruity finish that lingers
O I could have another of these no issues, drinkable and well priced, I loved the nose and can't complain elsewhere
I didn't know what to expect from this random offering and I'm pretty happy after the fact. I can see myself buying this again and its yet another welcome addition to the shelves here in Alberta

Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of spicy peppery notes with medium sweet malt notes is bang on style. Taste is also dominated by peppery yeast with some medium sweet Belgian malt notes and light fruity notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very enjoyable beer and brew according to style.

Had it on tap,
very nice golden/yellow clear pour with a nice thick 2" whte head.
Nice aroma with shuttle floral and spice notes.
Taste was smooth, with a mild sweet, and a little hit of sour flavor.
Just beginning my enjoyment of Belgian Tripels. The 8.5% ABV is very well hidden.
A very good beer
