Let me start off by saying the location is great. If you are looking for a fun night with the wife, guys, whoever, this is a great location. About a 45 minute wait but there were other things to do while waiting. Atmosphere was fun. Waitor did his job, nothing to really complain about. Didn't go out of his way to communicate with us but he was pretty busy, but that's fine with us. Claims to have the biggest beer selection which I think is false. They will have something on tap that you will like but it really didn't WOW me.(I've been to the one in Arizona before so knew what I was getting into). We had Burger's and Nacho's which were good, although the menu was a litle bit pricey. All in All this is a fun place to get someone that is getting in craft beer to go, but don't expect any limited release beers or anything crazy.

So first off they have over 80 brews on tap, which is a good start, however would like to see a better selection of American craft beers and cut down a bit on the typical European beers.

Place is always doing good business as I have never been there when it wasn't crowed and the wait for a table always seems to be about 45 minutes or so.

Food is actually very decent, interesting selections and everything I've tried has been good.

Probably the main reason I've scored this establishment low is the type of crowd and the overall vibe, not really a lot of beer nerds here, seems more like a place to see and be seen.

I've been in Houston for about 6 months now, and the Yard House is a popular after work dinner/happy hour place to hang out. The beer selection is really good, although not nearly the Flying Saucer. The food is really good too. I've had a bunch of the appetizers and burgers. The best thing there is the Turkey Burger, probably the best I've ever had. The only thing that brings the night down is when you get the bill at the end. You really pay for all the quality all around. It's a great place the provides a very social atmosphere, but it's just too expensive to go there very often.
