On tap at Harts Pub in Sydney. It's a pils brewed with Saaz and New World NZ hops (specifically Nelson Sauvin). I've classified it as a Czech Pilsener because of the Saaz, but only because it's the best that was available.

Pours a clear and brilliant light golden colour. Harts says "pale straw" but I think it's darker than that. Head is initially foamy and frothy, but settles to a fine film that leaves good lacing. Pretty decent looking pils.

Bit of grassy and slightly resinous aromas on the nose. Minimal fruit, but the Nelson Sauvin gives quite a perfume and a slightly acidic character to it. Decent fragrance, but it's rather light.

Taste is very pleasant, if again rather light. Crisp bitterness on the front rather than the back - it disappears leaving a rather empty finish. It's nice enough, but somewhat lacking. Biting feel however, leaving a good, crisp, clean palate.

Very drinkable and quite pleasant. It does have some nice pilsener characters, although perhaps not quite the sharp direct bitterness.

This would be a great beer to give someone who said they want their beer crisp and clean, but who still thinks Extra Dry is the way to go.
