The beer had a nice jet black appearance and creamy white head. Nice hop aroma. Nice citrus notes. At first taste a very clean balanced taste for a stout. As it warmed up and half way through the pint it became very dry and a muddled bitterness(not the good hop bitterness). An average mouthfeel was to style. Overall it was not a horrible beer, but if I had my choice I would choose their Black Cobra over this.

Pours a black color. 1/2 inch head of a tan color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of citrus hops, roasted malt, slight sweet malt, dry hops, and a hint of yeast. Fits the style of an American Stout. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of roasted malt, hint of alcohol, slight sweet malt, citrus hops, hint of dry hops, and a hint of pale malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, blend, complexity, and body.
