small corning building in an area that is really coming around. 2 sections, a bar area and a dining area with a stage. it is non smoking which is a HUGE bonus. was not too crowded. a bit loud though. lots of exposed brick and fairly clean. bathroom was kinda nasty though.
beers were served in proper glassware and good pours. glasses were not frozen although i think the tumbler was chilled, it was not cold enough to make a difference. they used a snifter for the lambic.
service was fast and friendly, i never had to wait for anything, very prompt and lots of people working.
this is not considered a craft beer bar but they had plenty of craft selections. in fact, almost all of the taps were of quality beers where the cheaper beers were cans and bottles only. about 15 or so taps and about 30 bottles. a nice blend of styles so there is something for everyone. tons of mixed drinks and even wine (just in case someone you are with is not THAT into beer, but you are).
food selection is huge, all tex mex and mexican style. a pretty giant menu for the size of the place. everything looked and tasted great. good portions and the prices are not too bad.
value - i would say good, beer prices range from $2 to $7 for some of the bigger beers. food ranges from $5 to around $10 on average.
I will be returning for sure.
