Sampled this one recently. Tried it both chilled out of the fridge and rested as well as heated as the label suggests.
Poured a dull dark cherry red color, with pink tinges along the edges. Head was off white with same reddish glow, but didn't last very long. Faded to a tiny thin sheet of bubbles along the edges. Impresive full on cherry smell, punches you right in the nose. Small waves of malt, and hops, but not much. Fades fast. Taste is dominated by the sour cherries, sugary sweetness and full flavors. got a little thin to finish, but not a big deal. I think one of these every year or so is fine. A good beer, and well worth trying.
