Thanks again to Chris for sharing great beer. 750mL bottle poured into a snifter. It pours a hazy apricot color with two fingers of head that die off fairly quickly. There is minimal lacing left on the glass. The smell is very very sweet and full. Lots and lots of currants (duh!) and slighty spicy as well. The taste is very fruity as well. The sweetness really stands out, and it's almost on the edge of cloying. A slight bit of clove on the finish. The mouthfeel is fairly thick and strong. The drinkability is fairly high. A nice brew.

A: Pink. A very unique color that I've never seen in a beer before. Tiny white head on the top throughout.

S: Berries! Blueberries, boysenberries, raspberries, blackberries. Smells like a berry lollipop.

T: Sweet berries on the front end, finishing out with some lemon peel and coriander. Finishes very sour.

M: Super bubbly. Champagne type bubbles.

O: A very unique beer, very fruity and unique. Will seek out again.

Appearance: It has a nice hazy deep golden/orange color to it with some sediment floating around. It has a nice light pink head that dies down moderately fast and leaves next to no lacing.

Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of dark fruit (raspberries, black currant) yeast, citrus and wheat malts.

Taste: Like the aromas, it has some dark fruit (raspberries, black currant, cherries) witch are somewhat tart, citrus, faint yeast and some wheat malts.

Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.

Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with decent flavors and aromas.
