Had in a trois pistols tulip at novare red
The beer is dark, brown In the light but otherwise black. The head is surprisingly light a offense which covers the top of the beer while lacing hangs to the side.
The nose is clearly Belgian, yeast, clove and other spices. The nose is much more aromatic as it warms.
The taste starts almost fruity which lingers and a big yeast clove and spice enter and dry the mouth. Not my favorite style but true and as good as any from Belgium.
Serving type: on-tap
