A: Honey-gold in color, and quite hazy, Blanche de Chambly boasts a thin white head and moderate lacing.
S: Bouquet is very faint, with a touch of clove and coriander.
T: Now this is what a wit should taste like. Dry, instead of sweet, and subtle in the spice. Heavy clove, with only a touch of banana in the background, and very subtle flavors of coriander and orange.
M: Light and effervescent, with a yeasty roundness.
D: A great example of one of the most bastardized styles out there. Blue Moon et al give it a bad name. This stuff is the real deal. Definitely worth a shot for anyone who is looking to rekindle their faith in this style.
