From a brown bottle with foil and a cap. Poured into my Maudite chalice.
A - Pours a golden yellow, almost straw color with a thin, white head. Looks solid for a witbier, very impressive.
S - Smells of sour and tangy fruits. Esters. Not overpowering either, very light on the nose.
T - Tart bananas at first followed by what I've learned to be a typical Belgian onset. Powerful sugars, bitter towards the end but still finishes well. Much better than American-style wits I've tried. I like this!
M - very smooth on the palate, great mouthfeel from beginning to end. A pleasure to drink.
D - Exceeding drinkability. Very easy to drink, although the alcohol kinda sneaks up on you.
