Poured from a bottle into a snifter glass.
Look – light golden color, slightly hazy, with about half a finger’s worth of foam that dissipates quickly.
Smell – somewhat subdued aroma, but habiting a somewhat hefe-like or citrus-like quality.
Taste – much like the taste, there’s a bit of a citrus taste that permeates through most of the tasting, the majority of which is pretty mild. Still very much of a hefe-like quality.
Mouthfeel – pretty well balanced, seemingly lie in the middle between watery and creamy.
Overall – not a terribly intriguing beer to taste, but good-tasting still, and not dull either.
